5 Home Remedy Tea with ginger for acidity 


1) Lemon , Ginger  Tea For Acidity :-

i ) Take 1 cup water 

ii) Add slashed ginger or ginger paste into water 

iii) boiled the water in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

iv) Add 2 pinches ( চিমটি )  tea-leaves & half tea spoon sugar 

v) Again boiled the mixture 

vi) After switching off gas ,  add 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice .

vii) Eat hot tea by blowing ( ফুঁ )

2) Honey , Ginger Tea For Acidity :-

i) Take 1 cup water 

ii) Add  ginger paste in water .

3) Lemon , Green Tea & Ginger For Acidity :-

i)  Take 1 cup water 

ii) Add  ginger paste in water .

iii) Boiled Water for 2 -3 minutes .

iv) After boiled  , add 1/2 tea spoon green tea .

v) Boiled again for 1 minute

vi ) Finally , switch off your gas & add 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice .

4) Lemon , Turmeric & Ginger Tea For Acidity :-

i) At first Take 1 cup water .

iii) Boil in medium flame for 2 minitues .
