  •  After waking up you should drink lemon & kasturi turmeric water . 

Breakfast :

  • 4 pics wheat toasted bread 
  • 1 large egg omelette , cooked with just 5 drop oil . for cooking you use 5 drop oil , pepper , 1 pinch fried salt . 
  • 1 banana .

Lunch :

  • Start your 1st day diet with 1/2 cup rice . when your blood pressure level is high .

Evening Snacks :

7 Day Menu For High Blood Pressure Diet chart

1st Morning Drink :

  • Drink lukewarm lemon , ginger & honey water . 

Breakfast :

  • 2 paratha . Cook with 2-3 drops vegetable oil or olive oil . 
  • Take some suji halwa . cook with milk , cardamom (এলাচ ) , bay leaves ( তেজপাতা) , cinnamon ( দারুচিনি ) & add 2 sugar free tablets 
  • 1 apple .

Lunch :

  • same amount rice or 3-5 cup rice 
  • Consume 2-3 pis chicken . it should not be so spicy , hot , oily & salty . you can use mustard oil.
  • Add yellow lentils ( Mung Dal )
  • Add tomato chutney ( no added sugar )
  • Must consume salad at last . made with carrot , spinach , capsicum , black pepper powder , ground raw chili , onion . do not forget to add onion . onions are very good for high blood pressure .

Evening Snacks :

Dinner :

  • 1 half boiled egg . 
  • eat 1 banana . ( can skip )

Lunch :

  • Eat vegetable rice . cooked with beans , carrots , peas , capsicum , cauliflower ( ফুলকপি) .
